I have found, only recently, that if you change the word, for example, work into study, it feels less like work...
Then there's the getting out of bed, where you do the whole morning routine:

*Moan
*Wiggle
*Roll out of bed
*Slide downstairs
*Pace about in the kitchen
*Slurp breakfast
*Stare at your bowl/plate
*Whinge
*Cry for bed
*Crawl back upstairs
*Mope about
*Fall asleep in the top drawer-

*And so on and so on...
And if that wasn't bad, the list carries on for another 20 bullet points!
So, to break out of this painful routine, you can:
*Set an alarm early and loud (preferably on rooster noise!)
*Set the outfit you are wanting to where the next day nearby (I keep mine on the desk chair!)
*Relax, maybe even revise a book or two on your subject
*Fall asleep, preferably looking all intelligent, with a book in your hand.
*Have a dream about passing your exams (optional)
*Wake up feeling groggy, but positive
*Put your clothes on straight away
*For extra sharpness you could plash ice cold water on your face (for the groggyness), moisturize etc, etc...
*Hopefully you should feel a bit more organized when you go downstairs and won't take as long, so there will be more time to do some studying and also have a bit extra time to do the things you want to do!
I hope this helped! I will be posting a Conquering Emotions post, which should help a bit more then this! Thanks for reading!
